Entrevista online, um teste escrito com perguntas sobre uma fatura e outro teste escrito de proficiencia em inglês, com 1h para fazer os dois. Se aprovado nos testes é feita uma entrevista presencial ou por videochamada em ingles e outro idioma que vai ser usado no trabalho.
I was first screened by a recruiter and was invited later to a brief interview with a manager and a team leader to check my language skills and ask general competency-based questions. It lasted about 30 minutes and wasn't overly formal.
