A part of the interview is in English, and another part is in the chosen language (Italian, Spanish or French), deppending on the especific market you will be working in.
I was first screened by a recruiter and was invited later to a brief interview with a manager and a team leader to check my language skills and ask general competency-based questions. It lasted about 30 minutes and wasn't overly formal.
