The interview itself (a panel) was fairly straightforward but I found their use of a personality/"logic" test to be in poor taste. It's 2025 and this is just another way to filter out quality candidates in an unethical way.

Quick and easy interview process. Started off with a phone interview which lasted about 45 minutes. Ended up getting selected to for a virtual interview a few days after the phone interview. All of my questions/ concerns were throughly answered.

After you submit your resume and application
Hr will call you to set up and phone interview, once and if you pass that then they will schedule you a face to face interview with the manager you will be working with and either hr or another person above the manager.
3rd they will ask you take the "personality test" online
Once they go over the results and the opinion of the manager you will find out if you have the job or not
