Interview
The interview started with an aptitude test which was given in a scenario and at the end, you were to answer a series of questions in a very short amount of time. The test focused on calculation payroll for a department and this was followed by a panel interview which was about an hour long

Questions were behavior-based in a team setting, most were the basic type of questions such as: How do you prioritize, How do you handle difficulty, tell us about a time you failed, etc.
