Interview
It takes about 10-15 minutes of a nice friendly conversation with a really nice young lady. It was mostly basic questions about web design and they don't really give you a hard time on the languages you use etc. They mostly work with local people on Long Island, so they want you to be able handle clients face to face if need be.
