I had a first 45 minute screening interview with the recruiter. After that I had a second 45 minute technical interview with the content manager and the creative strategist. The third step was an assignment to which I received detailed feedback via email a few days later.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fastic (Berlin) in Jan 2023
Interview
I only went through the first screening interview with HR so I can describe only this part. It was nice and friendly. I scheduled a date and time via Calendly. It took around 45 minutes and I enjoyed the conversation. Lauren described the team and the project and I felt that there is a kind of family vibe there so I think it would be nice to work there.

Question 1
Motivational question, career experience, your weak and strengths, what are you looking for, salary expectations.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fastic (London, England) in Jul 2020
Interview
I interviewed with Fastic back in 2020. I was already working externally supporting the team for about 6 months before they approached me about a permanent opportunity to join them. The team was around 11-15 people in size at the time and the interview process was fairly straight forward. I had an interview with a few members of the founding team individually. These conversations were very casual but professional and insightful. These conversations focused on my skills, experiences, expectations and goals for the future. I received an offer very promptly after we closed all conversations. A positive experience.
