I emailed my the District Manager of Fastenal for the region near me. He wrote me back two days later stating that he was looking to set up an interview. I called him later that day to set up an interview for the following week. We set up a date and a time the following week. I interviewed with the District Manager at the store and got offered the job. I started working the end of the following week.

Easy talk with the Divisional Manager or whoever, talking to him was pleasant and I wish he stay. But he left and the division went downhill. Talked a lot about sports too, which seemed to sway in my favor.
