The process consisted of one, in-person interview, and the interviewer requested writing samples following the interview. The interview lasted roughly 30-45 minutes and was with the Marketing Communications Director at the time.

Was emailed by the hiring manager for the position, we had agreed to a time. I showed up was greeted friendly. Interviewer and CEO Were both really nice individuals. Super laid back nothing to stressful or anxiety.

Interview
45 min phone interview talking about past/current projects in software development in detail. I was also asked about how I got into the field with general background questions. This was followed up by me receiving a coding problem to complete before an in person interview. At the interview we discussed my solution and thought process, as well as asked about another coding problem that I was to do on a white board.
