I applied through university. I interviewed at Fannie Mae
Interview
I dropped my resume at a college career fair and was contacted for an campus interview. I received no information about what type of interview it was going to be and was not reached out to be a recruiter. I went into the interview blind. It was a 30 minute chat with an employee who asked only one or two behavioral questions. The rest was just conversation.
First round is behavioral - 25 to 30 minutes, asking about yourself, strenghts, weaknesses
Second round is behavioral/technical - no coding questions but whatever is put on resume is fair game.

Interview
Apply -> Phone -> Final -> Offer
Phone is chill, just behavior with a recruiter to see if you're socially competent and actually know what Fannie Mae does.
Final round wasn't too easy honestly. No Leetcode, but after ~10 mins of Fannie Mae and behavioral, the tech trivia was very in depth. It was all doable though. Ended the interview with a riddle question not related to computer science.
