Interview
Applied through my university recruiting website with only my resume, and had a single behavioral on-campus interview. After about a month I got a call from a recruiter with my offer.
I asked to see the terms and conditions of the offer and was told: "Unfortunately we do not send an official letter or the link to agree to our offer terms until a candidate has accepted the offer."

Interview
Recruiter reached out to schedule a call. Never called me at the designated time, so I sent out an email asking if the call would still be going forward. She wanted to reschedule, so we rescheduled for the following day where she proceeded to never call again. I reached out again and within a few hours received a canned email saying I hadn't been selected.
