Interview
It was a pretty simple interview. Just a few basic questions, why do you want to work here, what is a situation were you had to lead or solve conflict. It was overall a very basic run of the mill issue. They had a sheet and would make notes on the answers given. Pretty standard and easy overall.

There really wasn't anything unexpected. I guess the most difficult was "what do you want to know about our company?" I had done so much reasearch beforehand I really didn't know what I wanted to ask.
