I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Family Focus (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2021
Interview
I applied online and was scheduled for a video interview with three people. The interview wasn't too difficult and they all seemed pretty friendly but the side remarks made threw me off. I ended up getting an offer a week or two after the interview by email after getting a call from HR asking what salary would make me happy. After the offer I got by email I asked two questions, one of which was about their covid vaccine requirement and I never got a response after receiving the email about how they could get back to me about it or something.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Family Focus (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2013
Interview
Fairly brief interviews but they didn't seem prepared. Interviewer talked about her personal life alot during the interview. I think she wanted to check my personality more than my ability to do the job. We barely talked about my work history or school stuff.
