I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Family First Life (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I was sent a link to the company overview video and instructed to call the recruiter after I finished. Smart, because the video answered a lot of my questions and probably saves the recruiter a ton of time. We had a phone convo, then was transferred to the agency owner and accepted the compensation rate. Was sent contracting emails within 5 minutes.

Over the phone but very nice and informative . Discussed the duties and responsibilities of the job. She said literally anyone could do well with this job, I came here to look up reviews because I’ve never done this line of work before and in getting licensed through them and they can terminate my license if I video not to work fort them anymore
It's pretty easy to apply and be called. They just want to make sure you are dedicated and committed to the process. If you have competing priorities, then this may not be the fit for you.
