I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Family First Life in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process is not very traditional. They want to hire everybody and anybody to help sell insurance because your up-line will get paid whenever you close a deal. The manager will just tell you about the role, what you'll be doing, how to get started (get licensed), and boom you're hired.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Family First Life (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2023
Interview
I was solicited through text, indicated interest ("no cold calls") then received a phone call interview to start right away. Seems like a great team and lots of opportunities to learn and grow.
Pretty simple and straightforward. The process is quick and you have the ability to start right away. They cover your materials to study for the state exam as well. I was happy with how my experience went.
The interview was a zoom conference. It was very productive because it revealed the vibe that would be on the zoom sales calls. It was very motivating because there was such good energy.
