Applied and received an interview date via email. In this email, I was invited to an Informational Meeting- which can best be described as a panel interview- with all the other 12 potential candidates. Was interviewed by about 12 different employees, that if offered the position, the housing resource specialist would be directly working with. The interview can be best explained as "a speed dating" interview. At the end, the director of property acquisition and management directed all 12 potential candidates to email her if we were still interested in the position. I emailed her the same day and did not hear back from them until 2 weeks later, stating that they had filled the position.
