I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Families Usa Foundation in Oct 2018
Interview
I was contacted by email for a phone interview. The phone interview only lasted about 15-20 minutes and seemed reasonable. I thought I did well and sent a follow up email the next day, but never heard back. Two weeks later, I contacted the interviewer to politely ask about the status of the position and was again ignored. I find this behavior extremely rude. If someone can't even respect you enough to respond to emails about the status of a position after you've been interviewed, they aren't a very respectful person in general, and based on the other interview review on Glassdoor, this is not the first time someone has been treated this way. I would apply somewhere else if I could do it again.

Interview
Phone interview (15 min.) Interviewer was cordial but detached. Two-part writing test, first took 3 hours, the other 3 days. Submitted it on deadline but NO acknowledgment of receipt. Gave up on Feb. 28 after two additional follow-up e-mails went unacknowledged. When the phone didn’t ring, it was Families USA.
