Interview
Easy interview, basic questions asked about you, your experience, and your qualifications for position. Scenario testing included where you talk through a scenario with a senior paramedic or EMT. Can get a trauma or medical scenario, both are easy to recognize emergent conditions. Can answer at BLS or ALS level
Easy did a hire vue online interview heard back from them in one week got offered to do their two week orientation. Did one week of in the field training, pretty straightforward and easy. I would do it all over again.
The interview was online. You record yourself and can retake the video if you choose to. They had very simple questions and they were very easy to answer. Overall very easy interview as you can redo basically it all.

Very straightforward phone interview. Asked basic questions about experience and why I wanted to work for Falck. Overall good experience and easy. They also asked when i would be able to start and what training i would expect to have.
