Interview
First stage is a 20 min interview with the Hr with basic questions. Then there is a 2nd interview with team members from the office and they they give you a project and you come back in the 3rd interview discussing about the project. After that there is an offer.

Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple stages, including an initial call with People & Culture, followed by a technical interview with the team. The discussions were friendly and covered both technical experience and cultural fit. The process was well-organized, and the team was very transparent about next steps and expectations. Although I didn’t receive an offer, I appreciated the opportunity to learn about Fairlo’s mission and values.
