Reached out to members of the bank asking about internship opportunities. After speaking with enough people was given an interview. All around quite an easy process, just took persistent reaching out.

There was one interview about a month after my initial application. It was a behavioral interview with a Vice President of HR. During the interview I also learned about the organization and its history.
