Fair Finance interview questions

The interview process was quick and short. First had to submit a CV and Cover Letter, then received an email to book an interview with 2 individuals, then the following week another email to book an informal chat with a team member. A very delayed response in finding out the outcome of the final 'informal chat' however; had to follow up several times for a response.

I applied online (through Reed.com if I'm not wrong). I had a phone interview/chat for 15min with HR. After a few days they called me back to invite me to a interview with HR and Department Manager.
