Standard process but the issue is that the company really lacks diversity and seems to have shifting standards for different hires. The sales team is all male and from similar demographics. I have a higher closing record and more years of experience than their own sales team members but was still disqualified for vague reasons. Judging experiences of myself and others I know who have applied, this seems to be a place that values candidates being male and from more prestigious backgrounds. Experience seems to matters less than prestige and optics.
