1) cv + cover letter 2) video interview 3) AC 4) Final round interview Had a good experience up until the final round interview, two of the senior consultants were extremely pleasant (matching the friendly and collaborative work culture they advertise) but one guy was really rude and was looking out the window or scratching his head whilst I was speaking.
