I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FactSet (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
Introductory phone interview followed by IQ online Test. Learned a couple weeks later that would be brought in for superday . Rotational interview with a presentation and group project. Guidelines for presentation were sent out prior to arrival on site. Ended with a lunch with two non-manager employees. Good experience.
Phone interview and a superday. Had to do a "how to" presentation in front of the hiring group. Multiple interview rounds in the office. Positive experience and heard back a week or so after.
The first round interview is very laid back and casual. Mainly focuses on finding out if your personality fits and looking for communication skills. Interviewer focused on personal skills rather than technical in the first round. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.
