The interview process consists of multiple interviews, first with HR, than a practical test and last an interview with head of department. After passing all the phases you receive a call from HR and you are presented with the offer.

Question 1
They asked various questions about specific situations that I might have encountered during workplace in order to make an idea of my way of thinking. Overall I find this approach better than the interview where you have to find examples on your own of how you acted in a past situation.
