Fabricland interview questions

Very quick process. Had no resume, went in with the application form and was asked very basic questions about who I was. Was hired on the spot by the manager and was told to come in later that week to start.

The interview was dynamic and evolved naturally like a conversation. It reflected well the artistic and creative style that the Cafe had and was looking for in the interview, which was a great way for all parties to assess the compatibility for the job.
