I had a phone interview followed by two in person interviews. The company itself seemed truly wonderful and I would have been excited to work there. The only disappointment was that after my final interview with the president, I never received any follow up. Not from HR and not after I emailed the hiring manager. It took me by surprise because I did not expect that from a company like this. Anyone who works here is very lucky because the company genuinely cares, but I would recommend improving communication at the end of the hiring process.

There were two stages of interview. The first was virtual via a Teams call and second was in person at the main office. Each interview was about a hour and the process was relaxed.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Faber Construction (Lynden, WA)
