I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at FX Digital (London, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Initially call to check the experience and alignment to the role. The second round was a take home test. I haven’t gotten any feedback for like a month, then received a mail from HR that I got progressed to the Third round. It's a deep discussion about the project I submitted and more technical questions with a couple of team members. After the final round, no response. No feedback. Total waste of time, I really had a great experience in the interview process. A response back would’ve been great.

Interview
The interview process had three stages: an initial screening call with a recruiter, a technical interview focused on front-end experience and problem solving, and a final on-site culture interview at the office. The stages were well organised and clearly communicated.
During the recruiter stage, I was asked about my origin/background, which felt unrelated to the role itself. I attended the final on-site interview after taking time off from my current job, so I was disappointed to receive a rejection without any feedback. Even brief constructive feedback would have made the overall candidate experience much better.

Question 1
They asked detailed questions about my previous experience, focusing on the projects I worked on, the technical decisions I made, and how I handled challenges in real-world front-end development scenarios.
