      Compliance Associate Interview

      Oct 12, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FSCom (London, England) in Oct 2021

      Interview

Applied by forwarding my CV. Got an invitation to interview the following week with HR and snr manager. This was an intial 45 mins virtual interview. Was contacted the following day for 2nd virtual interview. The set up for the 2nd interview was not a great experience. Had to chase up why I hadn't received the link. I was told the link would be sent shortly but received it an hour or so before the actual interview. The second interview was with two snr managers. Felt less comfortable second time round as the interview questions were poorly structured. Questions came out of nowhere and was asked if I had any questions. I asked my questions and they decided to ask me one more. Overall a great start but the second interview was not a great experience and effected my answers. I also had to chase up the feedback as I hadn't heard from them. The company is great with the work they're involved in and the research I conducted gave me a positive experience. However the process after the interview as always (with many other organisation) is a let down. Snr managers also could do more to make the candidate feel comfortable and have a structure and know what questions they will ask. Good luck to anyone applying and wish you every success. Do your best and try not to be nervous.
