The HR and hiring team did a wonderful job not only communicating the hiring process effectively, but also staying connected with me through the entire interview process. I understand that in this industry, the standard background checks are necessary, but the team updated me promptly with all the necessary actions I had to complete, and everything was very smooth. I underwent two interview rounds (combination of Zoom / onsite), and it was a great opportunity to meet all the members of the hiring team and learn more about this position and about FCSN.
