FRIDAY Versicherung interview questions

Entretien téléphonique avec la RH puis par visioconférence avec la directrice des opérations. Globalement l'entretien n'est pas très poussé et les responsables ne communiquent pas assez avec le candidat et le futur employé.

It was an online interview with HR. The interviewer was friendly and gave a brief description of the company. Asked about projects recently I have finished. However, In behavioural questions, the HR person did not make me understand what he/she wants to know from my side. The way the HR person asked me about work ethics was difficult to understand. I did not respond too well since I didn't grasp the question.
