I was called by a recruiter for the initial interview. I was then sent to a location to meet the Director of Food and Beverages on the second Interview. Then, the third interview I was hired.

How long have you been in convenient store management and what can you do to make this store better? These question were standard and centered around the applicable job I was seeking for.
