They are racists!!!

They judge you on your skin color and age

Question 1
I have tremendous 10 years experience with the technology they are looking for - HP Quality Center, QTP/UFT, SQL, etc They did not ask me a single technical question. About 15 mins conversation about nothing. There are many ways "to reject" a person in a respective way by asking/discussing some technical questions/issues - they are not so creative! Indeed, why to bother - whatever happened inside this room stays in this room!!! Same impression have another 2 my former coworkers
