Went to a consultancy. Three interviewers in the panel. A manger, a team leader & an HR manager. The manager asked the most of the questions while the other two were observing. I was a fresher then (graduate).

hiring and interview process is quire simple. background vetting is done for 1 month before hiring the person on job, skill based and behavioral questions are asked. 3 rounds of interview is done. post B.V. offer letter is provided.
