Online tests, video interview, assessment centre, final interview, all done online, process took around 2 months Final interview was mainly competency based Lack of communication between rounds, would be told I had made it through and then not receive any video links until the last minute

Online application followed by a straightforward competency-based telephone interview with recruitment. If you pass you have to complete a numerical and verbal reasoning test after which you are selected for an assessment centre which start mid to late November.

I submitted the application. It took a while to hear anything back. Said I had progressed to the video interview stage but only had 24 hours to complete the interview. The emails were full of spelling mistakes, didn't give me the confidence to work at the company.
