They contacted me a little bit longer than a month after sending my application. I took a couple of hours off for the phone screening, that I made up later in the evening. I booked a day off to go to the on-site interview, where I met the HR lady and one of the translation team coordinators. I took a remote translation test following the successful interview and sent it in within deadlines. I never heard back from them. I sent a follow-up email and, weeks after sending the test, even tried to phone in. No reply, not even a pre-set email to let me know I hadn't been selected, even though I made it to the last stage.
