I had two separate interviews - The first one was in person at HQ and I interviewed with 2 supervisors and head of HR. I made it to the second round of interviews, which were conducted via Skype. I spoke with the Head of Customer Service as well as Operations.

No communication from recruiter - completely ghosted which is unprofessional and rude after several interviews. I followed up several times to see what was going on in the process and asked for a response regardless of outcome and never even received an automated email rejection. Would not recommend working here or using farfetch to anyone.
