The first interview was short and was mostly based on assessment. It was virtual. There was only one person interviewing so there wasnt much pressure. Overall, they jumped straight to the assessment and kept the interview very short.

Interview process was very smooth and was to the point. Did ask relevant questions and talked about the experience I have.

The interview process was very fair and straightforward. No hidden agendas or wasted time. I appreciate the way FAAZ does business. There was an initial screening and a second interview with a more senior member of the team.
