One First Round interview. Very professional and friendly experience. Team interviewing were very knowledgeable and positive. Sounds like a really great role and company to work for.

The interview process was extremely unprofessional. I had 2 interviews with the company and I felt that they went well although I was "unsuccessful". I was never contacted or informed that I had not been successful. Despite contacting customer service and the HR rep involved in the interview process numerous times they simply ignored my phone calls and emails. I would not have cared had they simply informed me that I was unsuccessful, the fact that I was expecting a phone call either way and never received one was very disappointing. Even if I had been offered the job I would not want to work for a company that are this unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. They also commented on the fact that my degree was not relevant even though I have sat half of the ACCA exams. Even though I had 18 months experience working in a similar role.
