I went all stages up to CTO. Next stage must be interview with CEO. They arranged interview with CEO and CEO did not come. Probably he forgot... After that they did not contact without any feedback. Suppose they behave with employes very bad.

Interview
Initially, there was a phone screening done by a TA person. Even though I was told that 1 month notice period was enough by this TA person, after having 4 calls which wasted about 4 hours of my time collectively, I was told that they are looking for someone to join immediately within 2 weeks.
Regarding the interviews, I had 3 technical interviews with 3 senior tech leads, a software engineer and an associate tech lead. After having those 3 interviews, another half hour call was scheduled to get myself evaluated to see if I can have a call with their client. During the technical interviews, I was asked questions related to MERN stack and I was asked to do a practical coding test during the first interview. Luckily, I had everything already setup in my computer. When the panel asked me to do complete this test, they told me that the email we receive tells us to be ready for a practical test. However, the one I receive didn't mention nothing related to a practical test. TAs doing their job to the best of their ability I guess.
However, during the 4th and last call, the Co-founder or whoever it was, was late to join. They didn't even bother to let me know they are running late. Instead, expected me to be in the call until they join. But, when this meeting was scheduled, I was called continuously and asked to confirm my participation to interviews so that they won't have to waste their time in case if I didn't join on time.
If anyone's going to have an interview with this company, make sure to get the information from multiple people because the TA team is so incompetent that they can't pass even the basic information to candidates.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
During the phone screening, I was asked about my NodeJS experience. And during the interview, she asked me why NodeJS wasn't mentioned in anywhere of my resume.
JD mentioned only MERN experience is required. But I was asked questions related relational databases as well. I was asked how normalization works in relational DBs.

Interview
I attended an interview at Eyepax last December. Initially, I had a very positive impression of the company and smoothly progressed through several interview rounds. However, the final interview left me with a discouraging experience with senior management. Specially with The Co-Founder.
They joined the session late, and while I was introducing myself and sharing my career journey—having worked with several leading companies (Company A, B, and C)—the co-founder interrupted me and asked that I speak only about my most recent company (Company C). I understood and adapted my response, even though my role there was relatively limited in Company C compared to my earlier experience with other companies.
Later in the discussion, he asked me a question related to Data analytics. I explained that I had handled such responsibilities at Company A and B, but he interrupted again, insisting that he only wanted to hear about Company C. I tried to clarify that I had never done Data analytics at Company C, only at my earlier companies, but I was cut off twice in the middle. Saying He just do not need to hear about other companies, this made it difficult to present my background properly. The approach felt dismissive, as if my previous contributions held no value. Despite having over 10 years of experience across reputed organizations, I felt that my career journey was not genuinely acknowledged.
He was showing off by saying he is a co-founder, but he never listens to others — that’s how he behaves. However, throughout my career, I have worked with senior leaders from some of Sri Lanka’s top-rated companies, and I have always experienced professional and respectful conversations with them — but not with Eyepax senior management.
At one point, I simply gave up during the interview because I felt that I was not being valued. This also made me realize that if such treatment happens in an interview, it could very well happen at employment too. Because of that discouragement, my answers became shorter, and sometimes I even said, “I don’t know,” as I had lost the motivation to continue.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
He told me not to talk about other companies and only about my current company. He kept asking about roles I haven’t been doing in my current company, and when I mentioned my past experience, he said he just didn’t want to hear about those companies — only about my current one.
