I applied online. I interviewed at EyeHealth Northwest (Portland, OR)
Interview
Make sure you arrive early and on time. Wear proper business attire.
The interview was fairly easy. They walked through your resume with you and asked you questions about it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EyeHealth Northwest (Portland, OR) in Jan 2025
Interview
I applied through a recruiter, and was told there was no public posting because they were planning on firing the current employee. I had a phone interview and two in-person interviews. The interviews themselves were straightforward. I was then told they'd be sending me an offer.
I didn't hear anything for a week, then was told that they'd decided to give the existing employee another chance. A few weeks later I was told that they'd decided to move on from them and wanted to make me an offer. They later admitted that the employee had actually unexpectedly quit.
I got a lowball offer with promises of how amazing the company culture is. Needless to say, my interest in working for the company no longer existed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked typical questions about my experience (particularly in healthcare), how confident I was coming into a company with different technology than I was familiar with, etc.

Interview
Phone interviewed with a recruiter, then second interview with the supervisor. The interview was not that difficult, had asked some behavioural questions and some open ended questions. The supervisor who interviewed was pretty nice.
