I applied online. I interviewed at Extron Electronics
Interview
You get a call from HR then do a basic technical interview with some of the leads. It was pretty simple as they just went over object oriented programming. Overall seems like a decent company if this is going to be your first job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Extron Electronics (Anaheim, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
I sat with two team managers on my first day (hardware & software). Both were extremely cool-headed and gave me a brief overview of their teams and responsibilities at Extron. They spoke about the company's history and philosophies, and how that incorporates into their interactions with their clients. Extron is known globally for their customer support due to their knowledgeable team of engineers that will guide installers from step A-Z. They emphasize on good social skills during interviews and having an understanding of AV equipment will be a plus to stand out from the rest. Managers are looking for individuals who are passionate about the AV industry and willing to put in the effort to learn. Most questions will be behavioral and some technical questions maybe be thrown as well. ***Point to consider will be knowning your resume as questions will be derived on what is on your resume***
