I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Extraco Banks in Feb 2026
Interview
Given that this was an entry-level role, I found the timeline and structure to be unexpectedly lengthy and inefficient. I was asked to schedule the first interview nearly a month in advance. After completing that interview, I was contacted a week later to schedule a second interview that took place 11 days afterward. Following the second round, I was asked to participate in a two-hour third interview and provide 10 references, all of whom were contacted.
After being told I would hear about a possible offer by the end of the following week, I ultimately received an automated rejection email. In total, the process spanned approximately two months and required several hours of interviews as well as significant time and coordination from my references. Ultimately, I was disappointed with the communication and overall candidate experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Extraco Banks (Waco, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
Long process. Typically 2-3 interviews which includes one initial video, followed by two in person. Overall pretty simple just take a while for them to decide if your a good fit. Never guaranteed until an offer is made so keep that in mind if there is a competing offer on the table.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Extraco Banks (Harker Heights, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
I had two interviews the same day, which was nice because they were accommodating for my busy schedule. The two ladies who interviewed me were very nice and professional and I felt like the interview went well
