Recruiter - HR manager - DVP. The process took 1 week. The WebEx interview with the DVP was very awkward he never looked into the camera he was actually standing the entire time. In retail we talk about looking a customer in the eyes when having a conversation but the DVP never looked at me on the camera a single time--------Total Disrespect. Never trust a person that won't look you in the eyes when having a conversation.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to make a decision about terminating an employee. The basic scenario questions.
Lengthy interview process, 4 total interviews before being told you're not a candidate. The entire process took over 2 weeks. Not a great experience. Each person I talked to couldn't really describe next steps outside of there being "more interviews".

They do a very thorough job of vetting the candidates. Fairly lengthy process overall. It was explained that from start to finish could be 6 weeks and they were accurate.
