I had an interview with the store manager . before interview we talked about Co manager position in Express and did schedule.
when I got there . at the start I got surprise "we have open position for part time sail associate "she said !

There was no phone screen, just a call to confirm interview availability. One interview with store manager at the store. Basic questions about experience and expectations. Called with an offer shortly thereafter.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.

Standard. Interview with the Store Manager, followed by a District Manager interview. The questions were what you would expect, just had to wait a couple weeks to get in for the District Manager interview.
