I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Express (Friendswood, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
They ask you when your available, ask you what are your skills, tell you their policies and mottos, they try to get to know you, after you Have your first interview and apply they will Have you Go through orientation, and the only thing I did not like about all of this process is the fact that I Had to enter in my personal info at least ten times which I don't think was necessary. But the staff was cool overall.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
