I sent in my resume through Indeed, got a call within 3 days to come in for an interview. Was told to submit an application online and would get a call back to go to orientation. Overall, was easy going. No difficult questions, and mainly wanted to know my employment history and a little about myself.

Interview
I just recently got hired for a part-time position by Express and the interview was very laid back. It was relaxed and easy-going, we went outside of the store and sat on a couch and just chatted. I was asked simple questions, some about myself, what would I do if I thought a customer was stealing, and what would I do if I thought a fellow co-worker was stealing. The interview lasted all of 10 minutes and I was hired on the spot. Very good experience.

Only took 3 days. It was fast. Super easy not a lot of questions asked. Got hired immediately and started working next day. There is a training session super easy too.
