I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Express (Reno, NV) in Aug 2019
Interview
The first interview is with the store manager who gives you an insight into what it's like to work there. If you are successful with the first interview then if you're a manager you will interview with the district manager and will ask you some more intensive questions but you will know with that interview if you're getting the job because that interview will be more informative instead of inquisitive. It is a hard job but you will learn a lot. Be open to change be willing to do the things that are required. As a co-manager you will be responsible for visual you will be spending some very early mornings and some very early evenings.
There was no phone screen, just a call to confirm interview availability. One interview with store manager at the store. Basic questions about experience and expectations. Called with an offer shortly thereafter.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.
