There was only one interview for me. The interview was held as a group interview. Us candidates were asked questions by the store manager. I would recommend sitting closer towards the front, it shows initiative and a real interest to work for the company!

The store manager had an old shoe laying around, and we were tasked to pretend sell it. The manager watched how we tried to talk up the item and relate it to the customer.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
