Interviewed with the Store Manager and District Manager. Business casual dress with professional demeanor. Do your research to effectively speak to the brands expectations and culture, it is an extremely comfortable eviornment to interview as long as it's the right hiring manager.

How can you contribute to the succession of the brand's standard?
There was no phone screen, just a call to confirm interview availability. One interview with store manager at the store. Basic questions about experience and expectations. Called with an offer shortly thereafter.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.
