Overall this interview was very laid back and fairly brief. The interview took place in a couple of chairs outside of the store in the middle of the mall. I was interviewed by the store manager and it probably took no longer than 20 minutes. It was easy and I was offered the job.

Why are you interested in leaving your current job to pursue a Sales Associate position at Express?
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
